Volunteer Executive

One of the best ways to contribute to United Way and to help change lives is by serving as an executive volunteer on the United Way board or one of its key committees.

For nearly 90 years, the United Way of San Diego County Board of Directors and committees have attracted community leaders who share a passion for improving lives in our region. Executives from San Diego County corporations and organizations comprise the board and govern the United Way of San Diego County. Those who volunteer to serve on board committees, ranging from finance and public policy to marketing and planned giving, play key roles in shaping the current and future direction of the organization.
